Relaxing Moments

I was able to unwind in the lounge area which was open from 10 AM to 10 PM. They offered complimentary snacks and drinks in the evenings which was a lovely touch. It was a nice place to relax after a long day of sightseeing and provided a warm, welcoming atmosphere.

My stay at the Grand Mercure Beijing Dongcheng was a mixed experience. While the location is fantastic and the rooms are spacious and well-kept, the service left much to be desired. I faced significant issues during check-in and check-out, which dampened my overall experience. However, I did appreciate the wonderful staff like Grace, who went out of her way to assist me during my stay.
